Simon Penn

Before co-founding Red, Simon worked for two industry leading PLCs. From local SMEs to blue chips based regionally and nationally, he's handled a diverse range of clients. With over 15 years' recruitment experience, Simon has an in-depth understanding of the recruitment market and, crucially, what matters to our clients.


Neil Lewis

Neil has been within the recruitment industry for over 20 years. Within this time he has managed and developed large teams of people and been a professional consultant in both commercial and contact centre recruitment. Through his extensive network of contacts, employers in South Wales regularly turn to him for advice on the South Wales market. These days, Neil uses all this experience to continue to strengthen Red's profile within the marketplace whilst helping key clients to meet their resource objectives. In his spare time, Neil actively runs marathons and supports his beloved football team - Cardiff City!


Katy Forsyth

A contact centre recruitment professional since 1995, before co-founding Red, Katy worked for one of recruitment’s leading PLCs. A specialist in designing and delivering recruitment and retention strategies for contact centres, Katy has successfully worked with many of the UK’s leading centres.
Passionate about the industry and the development of best practice within it, she has been instrumental in setting up highly successful industry focus groups in this area.  Consequently Katy also has an active role as a director of the South West Contact Centre Forum.  Katy’s life away from work centres on a busy family life, with 2 young children keeping her busy!
